We are excited to congratulate Royop on the acquisition of 122.35 acres located just south of Stoney Trail west of Deerfoot Trail. This development site ties into the new interchange that is near complete at 11th Street NE and these lands will also tie into 128th Avenue NE that will eventually have a direct right turn only on to Deerfoot Trail in the not too distant future.
