LEASED | We’re excited to announce that Ultra Lite Overhead Doors Ltd. has secured a new 47,348 sq. ft. industrial facility in SE Calgary on a long-term basis. Our team is proud to have represented Ultra Lite Overhead Doors Ltd. in their successful lease expansion as they continue to grow after being in business for over 40 years!

The property is currently undergoing extensive renovations, and we look forward to welcoming the Tenant to their newly improved space in the near future.
