SOLD | We’re pleased to announce the successful sale of Unit 190, 11080 50th Street SE. This 10,601 sq ft industrial condo, built by Beedie in 2018, included more than 6,000 sq ft of refrigerated equipment. Both parties worked collaboratively to remove the existing infrastructure entirely to accommodate the Purchaser’s requirements.

It was a pleasure working with both the Purchaser and the Vendor on this transaction that required a very tailored approach. Congratulations to everyone involved in another successful deal!

SOLD | We’re pleased to announce the successful sale of 18 Heatherglen Crescent — a newly constructed, freestanding industrial facility totalling 13,300 square feet on 1.035 acres, located in the new Heatherglen Industrial Park. This marks the completion of this two-building speculative development, both now successfully sold.

It was a pleasure representing the Vendor in securing a strong purchaser for this quality asset.

Thank you to Travis and Trevor with Griffin Glass (1981) Ltd., who was the purchaser and moved out of their longstanding location off Hastings Crescent where they had been for over +30 years.

Last week was busy with the Calgary Real Estate Forum at the new BMO Centre. The night before we had our Second Annual SIOR Canadian Western Chapter Wine & Social at Sub Rosa on Stephen Avenue.
