We have undergone extensive renovations at 7207 Fairmount Drive SE while also conditionally leasing part of the main floor. We have retail space available on the main floor that is demisable into 2,388sf and 4,270sf pockets where we can accommodate both food and rec uses. There is new glazing around the entire building with substantial natural light. In addition, we have a second floor office pocket of 3,688sf that will be ready ‘turn-key’ in June.
