For over 16 years, Laurae has helped industrial and suburban office landlords, tenants, vendors, and purchasers negotiate over 550 leases and sales within the Calgary market. Following a decade on the landlord and developer side of the business, Laurae returned to brokerage in 2020, quickly building clientele with both owners and occupiers through responsiveness, integrity, expertise, and dedication to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Laurae joined the dynamic Lee & Associates Calgary office in March 2024, focusing on the industrial market and is eager to continue her proven track record of results and offer clients best-in-class service with Lee’s extensive network and comprehensive market intelligence.

Volunteerism is important to Laurae and she is proud to have served on the founding task force that created CREW Calgary’s Mentorship Program and further serving as Chair of the Mentorship Program from 2020 – 2023.

Very excited to have completed the install of our 10 TON overhead bridge crane for Surepoint Group and their new location in Eastlake Industrial Park. Thank you to Surepoint Group and Engelhart Reed Ltd. and Konecranes for making this happen. A lot of work and coordination to get to the end including a lot of patience by all. Look forward to Surepoint Group’s continued success in their new Calgary facility!

Congratulations to GeologicAI on their second location in Great Plains Industrial Park. We secured a sublease and a wrap headlease for them and the space required a new MUA along with a power upgrade. A lot of moving parts but excited to see everything come together. We wish GeologicAI continued growth and success in 2024 and onwards.

We are well underway with installing screw piles and columns for the new overhead crane for Surepoint Group at 10911-50th Street SE. Not an easy undertaking when trying to work inside an existing building. Thanks to Engelhart Reed Ltd. Reed for quarterbacking the project and Inland Screw Pile who did a fantastic job. Also want to thank Wolsey Structural Engineering Ltd. and Moli Industries Ltd for solving our problem and making this project feasible.
