Emily Goodman started her real estate career in 2018 and has quickly established herself as a skilled and reliable Broker specializing in all aspects of industrial leasing and sales including lease renewals, subleases, land sales, acquisitions and dispositions of both multi-tenant and owner-user industrial buildings. CAREER HISTORY

Prior to joining Lee & Associates in November 2022, Emily started as a co-op work student at Barclay Street Real Estate Ltd., a local boutique brokerage firm in Calgary, Alberta, while completing her Bachelor of Commerce Degree at the University of Victoria. She became licensed through the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) and quickly became an invaluable member of the industrial team. Within a few short years, Emily excelled in building her own clientele and transitioned to a Senior Associate specializing in industrial real estate. Emily continues to develop and refine her efforts in all aspects of industrial real estate. Her clients can count on her thoroughness, expertise, integrity and hard work ethic to ensure their needs are met.
