Jordan LeBlanc joins Lee & Associates in 2025 as Vice President and Principal. With a proven track record of success, Jordan is a highly skilled professional specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial properties within the Greater Calgary area. With over 8 years of experience, his real estate practice continues to expand, with a strong focus on strategically advising clients and executing commercial real estate transactions.

Jordan is known for his expertise in delivering “Best in Class” service, establishing long-lasting relationships, possessing extensive market knowledge, and applying a systematic approach to meet his clients’ needs. Jordan’s diverse client base includes multi-market companies, private developers, as well as major Alberta-based corporations. Jordan helps clients align their business, financial, and operational goals with their real estate strategies. Throughout his career, Jordan has provided a range of real estate advisory services, including site selection, owner/user land and building sales, agency leasing, multi-location consolidations, build-to-suit developments, and investment sales.

When he’s not closing deals, Jordan can be found either exercising or out on the golf course… occasionally trying to avoid the sand trap!
