Laurae Spindler

CAREER SUMMARY

For over 16 years, Laurae has helped landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers negotiate over 550 leases and sales within the Calgary market. Laurae began her real estate career in 2007 with a boutique industrial brokerage firm, later joining the Landlord and Developer side of the business for nearly a decade. Her experience includes managing real estate portfolios in-house for a national communications provider, a publically-traded REIT and a prominent industrial developer on behalf of pensions fund owners, including a portfolio of 5M+ square feet and over 1,100 acres of development land.

Laurae returned to brokerage in 2020, quickly building clientele with both owners and occupiers through responsiveness, integrity, expertise and dedication to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Her extensive experience of portfolio management provides her clients with a competitive edge, offering an unparalleled depth of leasing experience. Laurae joined the dynamic Lee & Associates Calgary office in March 2024, eager to continue her proven track record of results and offer clients best in class service with Lee’s extensive network and comprehensive market intelligence.

Volunteerism is important to Laurae and she is proud to have served on the founding task force that created CREW Calgary’s Mentorship Program and further serving as Chair of the Mentorship Program from 2020 – 2023.

When not in the office, Laurae can be found with her husband and two children, enjoying the outdoors, hockey rinks and soccer domes.
